Originally each Trullo in the Masseria had its own  use:
- "Palmento": The ancient "palmenti" were used  during grape harvest time and to keep the must during la fermentation.
- "Stella": At the top of the entrance trullo there is a star in place of the traditional ball.
It was the farmers' dwelling.
- "Romantico": This friendly trullo was used for  gathering animals.
- "Fienile": Hay was kept here. At first at the top, in place of the ball, a big circular stone was placed, under which there was a hole where farmers filled hay.
- "Alcova": Its purpose is as breakfast room, in its Alcove some feeding trough were obtained.
