How to adopt an Apulian olive tree
and participate in all activities
This project is aimed, in particular, to lovers of quality extra-virgin olive oil and eco-sustainable tourism, fascinated by the desire to rediscover the rural nature and the search for an authentic gastronomic experience. We offer all fans the opportunity to adopt one of our olive trees and taste and use the tree oil adopted.
We also give the opportunity to combine a weekend tied to the oil with the opportunity to get to know this main product of the Apulian cuisine, walk in the olive grove, learn about the plant adopted and breathe the scents of the countryside.
How to adopt an olive tree
Once adopted, a wooden plaque is affixed to the olive tree with the name of the adopter. During the year, the adopter receives information about the life cycle of the plant and its care and processing (flowering, pruning, tillage, olive ripening). During the adoption relationship, it is also offered the opportunity to visit their olive tree, participate in the olive harvest and attend all the processing steps to get the finished product.
